No need to take any medicines before taking vaccine.
After taking vaccine, to reduce pain you can take paracetamol
if developing fever, can continue paracetamol.

1. Do steam inhalation by steam inhaler 2-3 times daily with karvol plus inhalant capsule
2. Put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop thrice daily.
3. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5mg) at bed time.
4. Drink lukewarm water/hot soup/herbal tea etc
5. If you have recurrent attack of cold you may be having sinusitis/allergic rhinitis

Please see to it that you
wear cotton socks. Trim your nails regularly wear sandal with straps
comfortable sports shoes of reputed brands dry your feet after a wash or a bath. Take special care of areas in between the toes. (fungal infections are common) any cuts and wounds have to be attended by doctors. Most importantly keep sugars under control.

No drug should be taken without obstetrician' advice in pregnancy. Cetrzine is not a "sleeping" pill. So break your habit! through it is category B drug it is best avoided on 1 st trim.

Please get a skin prick allergy testing done to find out what you are allergic to and take treatment accordingly. Allegra and cetirizine are not the solution for allergy as they do not address the root cause.
