Very good question. The key to gastro intestinal health is good diet and exercise. And water
Please have healthy diet habits with lots of fruit and veggies with balanced carbs and proteins in your diet. Nothing should be in excess. Ensure proper hydration by drinking lots of water. Exercise daily.
Inspite of doing so if problems persists. It would be wise to stay in touch with physician.
