It's a dry socket! sir, it's because during the healing period the clot which was forming was disturbed either due to excessive gargling, spitting of blood soon after teeth removal, smoking or touching the area very often with your tongue. Hello Lybrate user. From your history, it seems like sentinel piles (skin tags), and they usually follow a healed anal fissure. They are not of any harm. So nothing to be done except, avoid constipation. No medicine will subside them as they are just skin tags.
