I am female 29 yes old. I have piles problem. Last week have drops of blood after passing stools. Doctor told it was fissure and gave cifran tablet. Now it cured but now having pain after passing stools. Is there any possibility to cure it permanently please please. I am married and have 1child. It occurs exactly b4 1 week of period time.

Don't worry. Start taking 2 tb of chandraprabhavati + 4tsf of chandanaasav with equal amounts of water after meals twice a day.
Gokshuradi guggulu 2 tb empty stomach twice a day.

But even before culture report is out im prescribed with some broad spectrum anti-biotic like cifran od 1 gm etc. I take full course of the dose of antibiotics, and symptoms are no longer there. Should I go for another urine culture after dose is complete even if I have no symptoms?
