In cases of colorectal cancer, diarrhoea can be a symptom at presentation. The infection has to be ruled out by doing culture sensitivity tests as it may be bacterial or fungal. Ciprofloxaci eye drop is an antibiotic eye drop and will not help control itching. Would advise you to use some anti allergic eye drops and lubricant. An davoid eye rubbing.

This makes the surface of the eye look red. There are many causes of a red eye or eyes like infection, allergy. Foreign body in eyes. Some are medical emergencies and some are a cause for concern, but not an emergency. Others are nothing to worry about. Consult your local eye specilist to see what is the cause.
