Hello, Thanks for the query.
Please clarify what is this Tablet CIPLOX 30. Because Ciplox I as I know contains Ciprofloxacin an antibacterial drug. It is given to treat various infections for about 5 to 10 days or so. It has nothing to do with diabetes. Thanks.

The common cold is a viral disease it doesn't require any antibiotic. Ciprofloxacin is a very strong antibiotic.

Do not use antibiotics indiscriminately. Or conect with local ophthalmologist. However you may use trifla 'phant' to clean wash the eyes. You may make 'phant' at home. Its an unique, safe, eye wash that opens lacrymal duct, reduces inflammation, soothes eyes. Pl consult if interested for further guidance.
