Stop fourderm cream. It is a steroid based cream and is causing the ringworm to spread. Eberconazole cream twice a day, to b applied on and 2 cms beyond the rash as well
avoid dettol. After washing your clothes, keep them soaked in hot water for 10 mins

Hi lybrate-user jock itch is fungal infection and if it spreading and persistent we need to give oral ant ifungals along with creams. Because in case of severe infection only ointments will not work. And also if other members of the family have same concern their treatment is also very important because this infection can spread from one person to other.
