You should follow doctor's advice. If you are ever doubtful, go for a second opinion and clear your doubts. Doctors ill take a few weeks to determine what dose and medications suit you. when they reach that level, it is considered the optimum dose suitable for you and may retain you on that dosage until required. You are taking these medicines under supervision of an expert so there is no such reason to worry. If you feel any of the symptoms you have mentioned above , then tell your doctor immediately so that he can adjust the dosage. People take medicines to manage their physical conditions like diabetes, heart problems etc. The important point is taking medicines under supervision . You can also start Psychotherapy and learn to manage your anxiety symptoms to a great extent.
