the issues you are facing are not relevant to neurology. It's in your best interest if you consult a psychiatrist in person and discuss regarding possibility of anxiety or depressive disorder. He/she will probably prescribe you some antidepressant medicine which the neurologist might not think of.

Since you are already on medication I suggest you talk to your treating Psychiatrist and convey your current symptoms to them. It is possible that some changes in medication dosages will help improve the symptoms. As they are familiar with your history it is always better to have a discussion with them regarding this situation.

You cannot immediately stop these medicines. I suggest you can try using Ayurvedic treatment but slowly and gradually reduce the medications after you observe results from Ayurvedic treatment.
