Dear Maryam, Looks like the medication has worked well for you. The side effects however may be related to the medication you are currently on. Before you stop taking the medicine you may want to run a few tests- Complete Blood Picture with emphasis on platelet counts, and Have an ultrasound of your abdomen to rule out liver or spleen enlargement. Please see a physician for further guidance. Take care.

It would be really helpful to you if you could consult a psychologist for intense therapy sessions, that would provide you with a non judgemental environment so that you can open up about your thoughts and feelings. Once the psychologist listens to you and makes you feel heard, they will be able to help you see how ...more

Hello-
these symptoms are associated with irregular digestion as pitta dosha after meals moves toward the heart and thus causes anxiety and palpitation. There is no role of anti-depressants and psychotic medication in this as they provide symptomatic relief but worsens the conditions during next episode, they also have ill effects on your central nervous system by making it slow. Use these safe ayurvedic medicines-
a) prabhakar vati 1 tab twice daily after meals.
B) pitta shekhar ras...more
