Hello. Your cousin's symptoms can be explained by the diabetic medications. Oxra causes weight loss, upto 2-4 kg on an average, though it can cause more weight loss also. However it is better to rule out other causes of weight loss and loss of appetite before attributing them to medicines. Kindly consult you doctor and get evaluated properly. Thank you.

Ciplactin syrup side effects--sleepiness. Do not take medicines without doctors advice. You need to find out why you have lost your appetite. Do lft, tsh, urine exam from some lab.
