You have to treat the root cause and not the symptoms alone you have not done complete testing.
1) Detailed history including dietary & lifestyle habits needed in addition to medical, occupational ,& environment history
2) Comprehensive lab testing needed which should have tests for inflammation and mineral deficiency.
Focusing only on doing tests specific to your complaint will not fix your problem
