I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
A nucleic acid test (nat) can usually tell you if you have hiv infection 10 to 33 days after an exposure. An antigen/antibody test performed by a laboratory on blood from a vein can usually detect hiv infection 18 to 45 days after an exposure.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

In very rare cases, bloodborne infections like hiv or hepatitis could be contracted from a partner with either of these conditions who had a cut on their hand — but again, this is very rare. Other stis can't be transmitted through getting a hand job.

If the result is negative, the test is able to detect hiv in only about 95% of patients due to the different rates at which antibodies develop in people. Repeat the test at 3 months when antibodies are known to be fully established in almost all (99.9%,) patients.
