Apart from taking symptomatic and ongoing treatment your baby needs atleast one hour of early morning sunlight and if it is not coming at home than go nearby in some open space and make it as a daily habit for a year

She is suffering from dysmenorrhoea, which is very common. It should be treated initially with meftal spas (pain killer) tablets. If the pain is too severe it should be further investigated with ultrasound, to find out the exact cause. You could be suffering from endometriosis or ovarian cyst or fibroid.

Hi. Pain during periods is quite common and one should not worry too much. We should continue moderate exercise during periods, try to eat a healthy diet including green vegetables. You can take a tablet of blong everyday. Also you can take meftal spas tablet 1-2 per day if pain is unbearable. It is safe to take it in moderate doses. Hot bottle fomentation is also a good idea.

These both are supplements. So itâs not the cause of nausea vomiting nor sleepiness. Since when r you having this? What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
