You can domstal 10 mg and without taking diamox can I take vertizac. Vertizac tablet is a combination of two medicines: cinnarizine and dimenhydrinate. Cinnarizine is a calcium channel antagonist that works by preventing constriction of the blood vessels of the inner ear. This improves the microcirculation of the ear. Dimenhydrinate is an antiallergic. It blocks the action of a chemical messenger (histamine) that is responsible for light-headedness in vertigo.

Hello lybrate-user. Your vertigo first needs to be classified and categorized. Depending upon the cause and diagnosis, a lot of physical maneuvers could help you get rid off your dependence on drugs. It would also give you a long term relief. Let us know if we can help you.

Please don't add cinnarzine, it acts almost like stemetil md so it can boost the activity of stemetil. Rather keep a check on bp and sugars. If you can explain your complains helping would be easier, if needed you can plan video consultation wherein I can show you some exercises. Nb exercise should be done near bed and in presence of someone.
