It is combination of cintapride and pantoprazole. Better to avoid this medication when you are breastfeeding as the baby will get 1% of medication through milk.

Take it for a little longer time. Don't lie down just after meals. It increases acid reflux problem. There are other methods to treat this but taking cintodac like drugs is the easiest one. Reduce the stress by meditation, walking, exercising and pranayam. During stress the acidity in our stomach increases. You can have some cashews or almonds in your pocket and take them at regular intervals.

Some changes in diet and lifestyle will help u recover from acidity problem.
Continue with your medication.
Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy food. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food and fatty / processed foods. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat fresh food. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday.
Avoid coffee.
Maintain a healthy lifestyle and exercise daily.
If overweight, reduce your weight.
