Take it for a little longer time. Don't lie down just after meals. It increases acid reflux problem. There are other methods to treat this but taking cintodac like drugs is the easiest one. Reduce the stress by meditation, walking, exercising and pranayam. During stress the acidity in our stomach increases. You can have some cashews or almonds in your pocket and take them at regular intervals.
