Ecosprin av and clopidogrel are required after a heart attack. Avoid these medicines unless you have received a coronary stent.
Flecainide is quite toxic for people who require blockage medicines. Amiodarone is usually very effective. Amiodarone treatment requires medical supervision.

I am hiv +ve since 20 years, I am on 2nd line treatment with reatix kit, l have my cd4 test done every 6 mths, lately my cd4 has been going down. My cd4 from peak 600 2 years ago has fallen to 450 but by helper cell ratio has increased. Cd4 /cd8 has increased. I am 31y female with pcos. My husband 26y with 52 million sperm count and 40% motility. My doctor prescribed us with letrozole for 5 days from cd3 to cd7 and after that on cd11 triggershot must I got periods on 27th this month. If my doctor again suggest with letrozole can I go for that?

Yes. Letrozole is taken for upto 3 or 6 cycles (different docs have different protocols. Your husband's sperm motility is low and requires correction. I would suggest you to do follicular study to trace your egg size.

Took progesterone test on day 21 and it shows 27.28. We had bd from alternate days from cd 10 to cd 20. Is there any chances for pregnancy? When I would have ovulated and when will implantation occurs. If ovulation occurred on cd 14 or 15 will it affect implantation as we had sex until day 20. I am bit confused. Please help me by clarifying my doubts.

If you had regular sex upto day 20 than there are chances of pregnancy. But pregnancy conclusion base on so many factors other than ovulation. So no can guarantee about pregnancy.
