Dear sir, your BP seems to be uncontrolled with your current medicine. Apart from increasing the dose or adding another one you need do follow strict diet and exercise which should be at least half an hour of walking. Please avoid added salt and salt rich foods. Do yoga/ relaxation, sleep adequately and avoid stress and anxiety. I hope you have checked your cholesterol, blood sugar and renal function and they are fine. Hope you to do well with my advice. Thank you.

May be due to anxiety. Suggest but eritel and LN as separate tablets. Skip one for few days and then the other. It may identify the culprit if medicine is causing problem.

We have good homeopathic medicine to control high BP. Besides medicines, do follow certain dietary management to control BP-
1.Reduce intake of salt in your food
2. Fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables. A quarter gets lean protein like baked fish, beans, or chicken. The last quarter holds grains, preferably whole, like brown rice. You’ll still need to count carbohydrates and make sure you're not getting too much sodium.

It's time to go for a thorough review and physical examination with your doctor. Some tests can also be done to help monitor his health and prescribe appropriate medicines suitable for his present health condition. Ensure that you go for regular follow up to monitor his health.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
Creatinine increase happens when kidney function is affected. This can happen in many conditions including diabetes. Only way to reduce that level is achieve a strict blood glucose control with FBG < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. 1.5 mg is just marginally high. With proper control of diabetes and dietary adjustment, it can be reversed. There is nothing like cure in this situation. Thanks.
