I have gone through the details given. I am really happy to know that you have well controlled blood glucose level and HbA1c%. Plus the lipids and other parameters are also in excellent control. There is no further advise. Please the same lifestyle and remain fit and healthy. Thanks.

Yes, Her condition is improving as her serum creatinine levels have decreased, she should continue taking the medicines prescribed.
Follow your doctor's advice. Get her bp monitored regularly, her bp is very detrimental for kidneys. She should take a pinch of salt and a protein-restricted diet. Should not take any painkillers.
Self-medication of any medicine should not be taken. Before taking any medication consult your doctor.

You need to review your case with your doctor (for a through clinical evaluation and some tests) to help manage your high BP. It needs to be analysed with a fresh perspective. Please try to change your lifestyle (add Yoga into daily routine) which can help natural healing. You can also take Homeopathy which can help to restore harmony. You can contact me for a private consultation with all the previous and present reports.

Hypertension is a lifestyle disease which needs only lifestyle changes. No medicine is ever needed if your doctor treats the root cause. BP medicines can cause complications you should be aware of it. Ask your treating doctor and read about it to avoid new complications. What you are having now is a side effect of the medicine Doctors lack nutrition knowledge, have vested interests, do incomplete lab testing and do not give adequate dietary and lifestyle advice.
