you are very right about normal range of tsh levels. At 8.5 milli units/ml, with normal t4, the condition is classified as sub- clinical hypothyroidism. This normally is not treated with any drugs. you are taking diuretic also as medicine for high bp
cut down the dose under supervision of doctors who are treating you
take natural diuretic like lemon juice and green tea to reduce extra water from body and indirectly bring down high bp
weakness is due to medicines
get bp monitoring done

It seems to be iron deficiency anemia so lupinfer is right. It would be right to get blood test for liver function blood proteins and vit b levels. Treatment would be according to cause. Check if you taking healthy diet. There should be no deficiency state.
