Sildenafil decreases blood pressure. In combination with antihypertensive medication it may cause hypotension. Think of alternatives.

yes
you are taking diuretic also as medicine for high bp
cut down the dose under supervision of doctors who are treating you
take natural diuretic like lemon juice and green tea to reduce extra water from body and indirectly bring down high bp
weakness is due to medicines
get bp monitoring done
if necessary take a second opinion to get safer medicines for high bp

reduce intake of potassium rich foods like citrus fruits like oranges and lemon, amla or Indian gooseberry, bananas, dates etc. coconut water has potassium but compensation through other important ingredients. take it if you like. There's no medicines for lowering potassium. avoid diuretic of spironolactone type
other diuretic do bring down potassium but it's not a suggestion. drink lots of water and do monitor the levels of potassium. if range is very high, do consult your doctor

Japanese medicine, not extensively used outside Japan and just from few years in India, should be safe. Ask your Dr. to choose from BP medicines that have been safely used all over the world for 40 plus years. Drs are often enamoured by 'latest' it may not be the safest way to preserve your health.

Lifelong medicines not essential, but must keep BP controlled, whether with medicines, or exercise, or weight loss, etc.
