Hi, I Just bought ciprofloxacin 500 mg and artemether 20 mg+lumefantrine 120 mg tablet. Because am feeling prickly sensations on my organ. Is this ok?

Antibiotics not cause such bleeding.
Advice
usg whole abdomen specially rectum (.h/ o rectal bleeding ).
With report consult general surgeon. U become anemic.

actually livofloxacillin 500 one per day for seven days is right medicine, it also have some side effects.

Dear . I think that medicine you took is right but duration is too short and you should have taken for at least 15 days and checked urine to see pus cells have gone down to less than 5. In any case check urine again to see that there is no infection and there is no harm in planning your second baby.

Don't worry. Start taking 2 tb of chandraprabhavati + 4tsf of chandanaasav with equal amounts of water after meals twice a day.
Gokshuradi guggulu 2 tb empty stomach twice a day.
U will be completely alright.

But even before culture report is out im prescribed with some broad spectrum anti-biotic like cifran od 1 gm etc. I take full course of the dose of antibiotics, and symptoms are no longer there. Should I go for another urine culture after dose is complete even if I have no symptoms?

if you symptoms free then only urine test is needed. If it shows pus cells more than 5 then only go for urine culture. Let me know what you meant by complete course. 15 days treatment is needed.
