Par betamethasone bina doctor ki salaah ke kabhi instemaal na kare. Ye ek steriod drop hai, iske kaafi sare serious nuksaan bhi hote hai. Aankho ki koi takleef k liye aap mujhe kabhi bhi puch sakte hai message ya call karke. Dhanyawad.

Ciprofloxacin which is one salt in Cifran can do have some affect on cartilage and bones of fetus. That too is based on animal studies, human studies are silent on this. 5 days is as such shorter duration so do not worry. But there are safer alternatives available so better consult your gynae doctor before taking it.

No, betamethason is a steroid. Don't apply it. Instead apply lulifin cream twice daily. Keep area clean and dry.

Do not use antibiotics indiscriminately. Or conect with local ophthalmologist. However you may use trifla 'phant' to clean wash the eyes. You may make 'phant' at home. Its an unique, safe, eye wash that opens lacrymal duct, reduces inflammation, soothes eyes. Pl consult if interested for further guidance.
