For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and I will suggest you to upload the image of the lesion /report for diagnosis and further guidance.

Apply hot fomentation whenever pain is experienced
Do knee isometrics, 10times each knee twice a day
Do straight leg raising exercise, 10 times each leg twice a day
Avoid long standing & floor sitting
Also make less use of stairs
Regular calcium & vit D supplements are necessary
