Perform 10 revolutions in each direction, once a day. As your symptoms improve, increase the diameter of your swing, but never force it. In some cases, antibiotic treatment may need to be adjusted based on the specific bacteria causing the infection or its resistance profile. If your symptoms persist despite treatment, it is crucial to follow up with your doctor for a reevaluation.

Pain during climbing up, may be a mild tear in quadriceps or tractional apophysitis. First do a xray, if normal and pain persist then go for MRI. IN the meantime, use knee cap, avoid climbing up and knee bending, use hot cold alternative mild pressure compression and take pain killer with trypsin tablets (tab. Flexion-mr + tab. Chymoral-forte). Rest as much possible. Consult after few days with x-ray.
