Maintain distance

If the cell phone is used as a morning alarm, ensure that it is not kept under the pillow but on the bedside table.

I was tested positive in tmt. I consulted cardiologist and gone for angiography. The findings revealed that normal major epicardial coronaries with slow flow and advised me medicine ecosprin av 75/20 mg and prolomet xl 12.5 mg and ramcor 2.5 mg. No disease has been found. These medicines are useful after heart attack, not before. For preventing correct understanding of modern lifestyle, and appropriate modification of diet will produce excellent results, medicine based prevention is not the best.

You sound like you have an anger-related depression. Apart from the medication I strongly advise you to go for psychotherapy. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do yoga meditation exercises, spend time in nature or gardening, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on tv or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in god to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, do yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling. You may also attempt to do a short term but very effective course called, ‘learning how to learn’ on google.

Hi, it seems (based on the symptoms you told) you are having allergy problem. Our respiratory tracts are sensitive to some conditions like temperature changes, entry of foreign substance like dust, bacteria and so on. It is a normal protective mechanism. But for some people it will be little bit more sensitive and that is called allergy! this is not a disease as it is. But depending upon the severity we have to treat the condition with either conservative measure like steam inhalation, avoiding dust, avoiding very cold environment, avoiding some food items causing the allergy. Almost everyone wants their skin to look healthy, rejuvenated and fairer. From home remedies to medical and cosmetic assistance, people try everything under the sun to improve their skin tone. Any discussion about skin whitening is incomplete without the mention of glutathione. Often referred to as the "Mother of all antioxidants", glutathione, a tripeptide comprising of the three amino acids- glycine, cysteine, and glutamine, also comes with detoxifying and anti-aging properties, and are extensively being used in the cosmetic industry.

Glutathione as a skin whitening agent
The pigment responsible for one's skin color is Melanin. The enzyme Tyrosinase plays a pivotal role in the synthesis of this pigment. In case of a darker complexion or an uneven skin, there is also an elevated production of Eumelanin (a pigment responsible for imparting the dark brown color). Glutathione goes a long way to inhibit the activity of the Tyrosinase enzyme which, in turn, slows down the production of melanin. Further, the antioxidant is also responsible for increased conversion of Eumelanin to Pheomelanin (responsible for imparting the yellow-red color), thereby lightening the skin tone significantly.

Glutathione, being a naturally occurring antioxidant also functions as a free radical scavenger protecting the skin from oxidative damage and the deleterious effects of the free radicals such as accelerated skin aging, wrinkles, saggy and tired looking skin, to name a few. There are specialized clinics and cosmetic centers that use glutathione as an active ingredient in a host of skin treatments including chemical peels. In most of the cases, glutathione is used in an injectable form (Glutathione Injections) to ensure its better absorption in the body They are also available in topical forms.

Some of the side effects of glutathione
The use of glutathione should be under expert guidance. People with asthma should specifically refrain from using Glutathione (be it in oral or injectable form). Elevated use of glutathione for long can also lower the level of zinc in the body and may trigger kidney, thyroid dysfunctions and peptic ulcers.

Factors that influence the glutathione level in the body
The level of Glutathione in our bodies can be affected by several factors some of which include

  • Unhealthy dietary habits (processed foods, pasteurized dairy products, artificial sweeteners, hams, hot dogs, smoked and Barbecued foods, chlorinated water) and lifestyle practices (increased intake of alcohol or tobacco ).
  • Stress, lack of sleep.
  • Increased exposure to industrial pollutants, UV-radiation.
  • The level of glutathione also decreases with age.

Thus, to boost the glutathione level in the body, enrich the diet with foods such as broccoli, cauliflower, garlic, spinach, Brussels sprouts, cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, parsley.

  • Avoid overcooking the vegetables.
  • Use non-stick cookware on low or medium heat.
  • Make sure you follow a regular sleep cycle and avoid being overstressed.

It should be restricted in patients having altered Liver functions.

Hello lybrate-user. It is because of the genetic and hormonal issues. But it does not cause any other problems in future life. My suggestion is not to do anything for it. Keep your style clean shave. If you want then repeated shaving can cause hair growth.

6 helpful home remedies for blackhead removal 1. Toothpaste-- you just apply a thin layer of toothpaste on the affected area and leave it dry for 25 minutes, then rinse it. You are advised to do that every two days and maintain this work during two weeks. 2. Lemon-- to remove blackheads on the nose with lemon, you can apply one of the three following methods: you wash your face with lukewarm water before applying a mixture of one lemon juice with a little salt on the nose. Then, you leave it for 20 minutes before rinsing the face skin with lukewarm water. You mix 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, 3 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Then, you stir the mixture to apply to the nose. After that, you wait 5 to 7 minutes before cleaning the face with water. You blend lemon juice with cinnamon powder and apply them to the nose and keep it overnight. 3. Oatmeal-- you simply mix oatmeal and rose water to create the glutinous flour. You use the hands to spread it on the nose or the entire face. About 15 minutes later, you wash the face with water. You will feel that the skin in this area become smoother and brighter. You should apply this method several times a week to quickly remove blackheads. 4. Rice water-- you soak rice in fresh milk or cold water for 5 hours, then put it to the grinder and wait until the rice, water, and milk combine with each other to form a dense mixture which is then applied to the nose. When it becomes dry, you remove the mask from the nose and clean the nose with water. 5. Coriander-- to have a mask made from coriander, you need to pick a wisp of fresh coriander that is mixed with water to grind finely. Then, you blend this mixture with 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and put it on the nose. After waiting 15 minutes, you clean the nose thoroughly. It is suggested to do that every day so that blackheads will be swept away. Coriander juice is mixed with lemon juice in the same proportion. Then, you apply the solution to the nose or the affected skin. Then, you leave it for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse the face thoroughly. 6. Honey-- the simplest way to treat blackheads is to gently rub the honey to the nose and the affected area. You leave it for about 15 minutes before cleaning the face with water. Another way is to blend 1 teaspoon of honey with 1 teaspoon of aloe vera juice to spread on the blackheads. 15 minutes later, you rinse with lukewarm water.
