Hi.......Inositol and Chromium are the dierty suppliments work a bit but not that much. If u donn't wanna take Divery 20 because of side effects there are lots more effective medicines for PCOS u can go for that.

It could be Vitamin D3 level Deficiency, Magnesium and Vit K2 deficiency.
.
If you are diabetic, take care of it by taking a proper diet and supplementing with Chromium Picolinate, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Zinc only after consulting with your doctor.

Kindly note as all your reports are fine and you are not able to conceive than this is termed as unexplained infertility. We would recommend that you should undergo Laparoscopy to see whether there is any hidden endometriosis or not. Depending on the laparoscopy report you can try 1 or 2 cycles of IUI or you straight forward go for IVF.
