All the creams that you are using contain steroids and possibly are responsible for your problem
you must see a dermatologist soon and get your problem treated otherwise it can lead to phimosis
I would suggest getting your blood sugars also tested and stop using any cream for 2-3 days before seeing any dermatologist so that they can see the exact severity and extent of your problem.

Acne usually subsides after adolescence, but may last into middle age. Scarring may occur if severe acne is not treated. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results in acne and pimples and gives relief in long term.
With homoeopathic medicines, also take the following self-care steps to lessen the effects of acne:
Clean your skin gently with a mild soap removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water.
Try not to squeeze, scratch, pick, or rub the pimples. ...more

Dear Sir! The white patch that you have developed on your skin is due to the steroid which is present in Panderm cream. It is a temporary discolouration. I would suggest you to please use a good moisturiser and sunscreen only. You will get back your original skin colour over a period of 4-6 weeks. Thank you!

Panderm nm cream is a steroid cream and should not be used for a long time. It may cause stretch marks and cataract and glaucoma and multiple infections. Consult a dermatologist at the earliest and change the cream, also get your eyes tested by opthalmologist to rule out the steroid side effects.
