You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight.
Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out
wear full sleeves shirt.Use umbrella when going in sun.
For more details you can consult online.

Never use a topical steroid without a doctors advice as it can lead to side effects like atrophy of skin, pigmentation, telangiectasia, redness, etc. In case you are using, immediately stop, Apply a good moisturiser, gentle cleanser and sunscreen.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I gone through the details given. There is no information on blood glucose levels, HbA1c%, drugs being taken, present or earlier weight, height, diet and exercise as well as any treatment for urinary stones, so it is difficult to comment anything. Please come back with all the relevant details, then I can advise. Thanks.
