Thank you for posting your query I understand your concern But in your case first the acne should be treated and then the marks otherwise every time a new acne might leave a mark
Treatment of acne depends on the type of acne you are suffering from
There are
1) comedones like which appear like blackheads these can be treated with creams containing BPO or topical retinoids
