Usually when we discontinue paxidep from 25 to suddenly 0 mg (that is stop )there is a withdrawal effect comprising of uncomfortable symptoms like you are currently having. So ideally it should have been tapered over 2 weeks, a duration by which prodep usually starts having its effects.
