Please don't use antibiotic without consulting doctor, it increases the risk of resistance for the antibiotic.
This decrease the effectiveness of antibiotics over a period of time.
Take steam with karvol plus and saline gargle twice daily

If there is runny nose with itching burning and continous watering through eyes then use nasal decongestant drops or sprays for immediate relief. Fever can be managed with antipyretics but if it continuous even after1week then go for mp and widal tests.
