Don't use any other drug than paracetamol only.
Common colds are caused by viruses. So antibiotics has no use in it. And antibiotic misuse has become a social problem.

Visit hospital please because you are giving a travel history though local, with breathless feeling, better get yourself screened for covid - 19 for safety purpose and also an ecg
if that is negative -(i hope, pray and wish it should get as negative god willingly, get couple of investigations like cbp, cue, chest x ray, pft, s, creatinine, blood urea, rbs and bp.

First get PFT test done to confirm brochial spasm.If spasm confirmed and then get post bronchodialator PFT . If reversiblity confirmed then take some inhaled medicine as adv. by resp. specialist. All expectorant are equalent to plenty of fluid intake.
