Generally it takes three to 12 months for HIV tests to be reactive till then we can say that wait and use condoms! If after 13 months of unprotected sexual intercourse you are still non reactive to HIV then you made a narrow escape!

There are many causes of vaginal/ cervical infection most common being Trichomonas, bacterial vaginosis , candida, chlamydia, gonococcus etc ..
There may be overlapping infections present and it’s very difficult to pinpoint the etiology ..
So it’s important you receive a syndromic approach where the treatment covers majority of causes mentioned above..

I'd safe vaginal intercourse (neither condom torn nor completely slipped off, open mouth kissing (1-2 mins) and deep vaginal fingering with a massage therapist then after 9 days of that act I got scared when I woke up with a kind of fever, sore throat and heavy chills so did this following tests for hiv 9th day-antibody test 20th day-std panel (hiv-4th gen (-ve) and cmv (+ve) 28th day---rna pcr (target not detected) 35th day-hiv-4th gen (-ve) 55th day-hiv-4th gen-(-ve) 62nd day-provera dna (target not detected) 64th day-hiv-4th gen (-ve) 65th day-cd4 (my count 465)(lab normal range 441-1200) and cd4% my %(24.1%) (lab normal range is 29.3-44.9) and cd4/cd8 ratio is 0.89 (lab normal range is 0.74-2.58) 70th day---hiv 4th gen (-ve) 80th day---all sides (-ve) 88th day---hiv tridot 91st day---hiv cmia (-ve) my only symptom is a bad sore throat from past 3 months *my only question is do I really need to go for hiv western blot test or another tests or simply be assured that i'm hiv- and lead a normal life.

That is not possible though detection sometimes may be problematic because of the silent window.
If 4 th generation test done after 4 months of exposure is negative it is fairly reliable.

Trauma, persistent erection (priapism), cancers, and Peyronie's disease (the development of scar tissue within the penis) are other causes.
