I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area. But it can be jock itch/fungal infection. U can try this (do patch test first)
wash the affected skin two to three times a day.

Hii,
ringworm or tinea is infection by dermatophytes (fungus) that tends to grow more in moisture prone areas of body. The condition is more exacerbated in summers. Clotrimazole is an antifungal, if it is definitely tinea, it should respond to this. If not responding, you can try other topical antifungals like luliconazole etc

Kimdly dnt use over the counter medicines everytime .once visit nearest gynecologist. Once she will examine and let you know wt to do and wt not to do and will cure your infection too. Bcz few infection has major r side effects.
