You have urticaria which is usually due to allergy with many factors. You should find out these factors & try to avoid them. You should apply moisturizer (vaseline, coconut oil & other moisturizers) on whole body. Avoid overheating, alcohol, stress, painkillers, food additives & preservatives, excessive soap & detergents, dust, mites etc. If no improvement occur consult with your dermatologist.
