Good afternoon. It is quite impossible to suggest anything without knowing exactly what is causing your 'derma' problem. There are hundreds of itchy skin conditions and you need to be examined by a qualified dermatologist so that she/he can first diagnose your condition before treating it. There are 2 things which should be taken into consideration. One is allergy n other is blocked nose. Allergy is your body s own response to an allergen. Identify allergen (dust, mite, fungus, fumes, smoke, grass, pollens, animal dander etc etx .start using mask when going outside. Consult a good ENT surgeon n get prescribed anti allergic nasal spray and tablets. If no relief after a decent 3-6 months course go for allergic testing and start SLIT (sublingual immunotherapy ).
