There are a couple of things you need to do to avoid this thing to happen from your end, avoid everything that causes you problem, could be dust, cold water, juices, sugary foods, some food items, ice creams, sour foods etc, avoid prolonged ac exposure, and use mask wherever possible and yes you do need a course of anti-allergic for a short time, which obviously will hold your problem for few months hopefully. Good evening. You need to consult and show the lesions to a qualified dermatologist before a diagnosis and treatment can be prescribed. Since you have completed 1 month of self treatment, I think its about time you consult a professional either in person or via online consultation at the very least.
