Asked for male, 30 years old from Greater Noida

I am having a slight pain in my throat since today morning. And a feeling of cough problem to be occurring soon. I am on gargle. Earlier for such issue my physician had advised me cepodem, hicet dc, vizylac and brozeet or grilinctus syrup if coughing was there. Pls suggest a preventive medicine. Age 30. Male I have a history of asthma but do not take any inhaler and had not any attach since last 10 year. Location noida.

I had sudden hearing loss in left ear one month ago, I have been taking Medrol 16 mg (3 times a day) for 25 days, along with Verbet 16 mg (3 times, Nerverich, Anti-O, Cetirizine 10 mg (OD) tablets. I had severe Skin Rash (non - itching) on whole body after taking tablet for 20 days. My consultant Dr. stopped Verbet ,Anti-O and reduced the Medrol 16 mg intake to Medrol 8 mg OD. I took Medrol 8 mg for three more days along with with Nerverich and Cetirizine tablets. But as my skin rash continued to grow, I stopped taking these tablets too. And now I find that my rashes are lessening but now they itch. 1. Will stop of Medrol cause any effect? Will its stoppage rebounce the hearing loss 2. Can I take Verbet 16 mg alone as my ear hasn't fully recovered (hearing ability recovered by 60-65%) and I still have Ringing sound problem, it rings 24 hours? Can hearing loss and Tinnitus be fully cured? 3- Treatment of skin rash, will it go away naturally in some days? please help me. Thanks.

I am a 61 years ols woman and I have developed very severe allergy all over my body. There are red rashes (लाल लाल दाने)all over, which are extremely itching in nature. The skin has become dry and on scratching, bruises (घाव्) occur. I am suffering for more than one month now, and the allergy aggravated when I went to Srilanka and my skin came in contact with sea water and sand. I have taken anti-allergic like Levo Cetirizine, Montelukast, Allegra, Peritol, Furoxone and Albendazole, but there is not much relief. The allergy has probably been caused due to Zandooo Nityam, which contains Sonamukhi (Sanay Patta), which has caused allergy earlier. Please suggest a good homeopathic remedy.

Use cool or lukewarm water only while showering or bathing.
Limit showers to 10 minutes maximum.
Do not bathe more than once a day.
Add baby oil or oatmeal soaks to your bath to help relieve itching. Gently pat yourself dry with a towel and avoid vigorous rubbing.

Hello, I am 28 years old woman. Actually one week ago, I was suffering from fever in night and took 1 paracetamol capsule and when I woke up my fever was gone but I found my hand finger got little swelled and some rashes are there then in that night I took cetcip cetirizine for this rashes. And then from the next day I am feeling no sense of taste and I can not smell anything. I tried to smell many types of fragrance and smell but I could not get smell. Please tell me why these things happening to me. My finger got normal but from 5-6 days I am suffering from lost sense of taste and smell. Please help me out.

You might have had allergy or a bout of viral attack. Plenty of rest, plenty of oral fluids, nutitious balanced diet should help. If problem continues you can have a general check up from a physician for any other cause.

Respected sir/mam, I am experiencing itching all over the body without any rashes on the skin (itching from inside of body) twice or thrice a week from the past one and half year. The itching starts randomly throughout the week without any particular place on the body. I've consulted a dermatologist who after due tests recommend some medication, but after stopping the medication the problem still persists. I take half a tablet of "cetirizine" which gives relief in 10-15 minutes whenever the problem arises. I have a healthy lifestyle without any abnormalities, expect for stress and anxiety. My average bp range is 130-140/90-100. Please suggest the exact cause of problem and also proper treatment and lifestyle changes to overcome the problem. Thanks in advance.

I have severe sinusitis from past 3 month. I have taken medication: montelukast every day past 3 month antibiotics augmentin 625 for 30 days (10 days each month) nasal spray (1. Saline 2. Azelastine hydrochloride and fluticasone propionate nasal spray) cetirizine every day but still having same symptoms when not taken medicine for one day: headache, heaviness in ears sometimes pain nose congestion, heaviness in throat (no soreness, only heaviness feeling like something in throat), whitish phlegm, face heaviness do not have any cough please suggest some treatment or medication which foods to eat or avoid? Since you have persistent symptoms even afer taking regular medication, you must rule out any blockage in the drainage of sinuses. You should visit an otolaryngologist and get a ct done for paranasal sinuses. That will give you a clear picture.

I get frequent cold, runny nose and sneezing. Usually starts early hours in the morning and lasts till noon. Particularly in the winter season. If I take a cetirizine it gets controlled in an hour or two. At local clinic doctor prescribed a stronger dose of levocetirizine for a week, after this medication cold got controlled for a week and then it re started to appear in regular frequency. This is happening since almost an year. I tried strict diet control, nose mask, home remedies, taking steam bath, but they dint help in long term. Please suggest.
