Aceclofenac and paracetamol both have very bad effects on liver and kidney.
If you can, take homoeopathic treatment.
It is better and no side effects.
If you want to take them keep difference of half an hour at least.

Take belladonna 30x. 4 drops on tongue three times an hr (at a gap of 20 minutes each) during headache for cure.

The recommendee dose of paracetamol is 15 mg/kg body weight. So you can take around 1000 mg or 2 tablets depending on the strength of paracetamol. Above that it has not been found to show extra effects. I recommend that at a time you do not use more than 2 tablets. This is fixed drug eruption ,a side effect of diclofenac and ciprofloxacin in some individuals. So you should avoid such drugs in near future and take other alternative drugs for your problem.
