Dear Lybrate user
Take cetrizine daily for 3 months at a stretch. Then reduce to alternate days for a month and then twice a week. Try to find out what is the cause of allergy in you by observation.

Skin allergies is a very broad term. If you want to know specifically to what you are allergic to you we can treat it better. You can do phadiatop testing and a full allergy profile to food products and pollens. This will help in solving your problem permanently.

Cetrizine is not going to cure it. It will give you temporary solution like if you take it, no urticaria, but the day you stop urticaria will return. Better take homoeopathic treatment for permanent solution. I need more details about your symptoms to help you in choosing medicine for you. You can consult me through Lybrate.
