You can try to stop the medicine, you may have sleep disturbance for a few days after stopping, but it usually settles down. Medication for depression is usually given for 6-12 months, after which it needs to be tapered and stopped. Please follow basic sleep hygiene techniques if you have sleep disturbance.

The tablet which suits you n your bp is maintained is good for you.
Only tab heardly work you have to control your diet, change lifestyle, add excercise simplest is brick walk 40 min, five days a week.
Listen every tablet have some or more side effects, so you can't change every medicine two months or so.
Better to consult your doctor, because your treating doctor must know which tab you have stop, or switch on.
