- A tablet of Allegra or cetzine has an effect for 24 hrs, so you can take either once a day not both the same day
- also do steam inhalation twice a day
- warm salt water gargles three times a day
- have more of warm fluids, avoid all cold fluids & foods

Change food habits add in your daily food calcium vitamins protein green vegitabale salad minirales fruites etc. Take less soalt in daily food to avoid inching problem.
