Two types of HPV Vaccines are available - gardasil and cervirax.
Gardasil is given at 0,2&6 months cervirax at 0,1&6 months ,can be given to girls aged 9-25 years ,it prevent human papilloma viral infection, which is the cause of cancer cervix in 99% of cases.
It also prevents genital warts, analcancer and throat cancer.

My best explanation to you would be to observe the particular dog for 10 days if you can. Rabid animals are either highly excited and irritated all time or they are too depressed and silent. Their death occurs within 10 days of incubation of virus.
Rabies viruses can be examined only on microscope that too from brain tissue. So it is better clinically diagnosed.
