Who advised you to use the drops. If any Ent doctor advised then please go to him for further help. If you used it as over the counter medication then stop using it immediately and go to nearest Ent and start treatment for the child as she's getting reaction to the drop usage along with possible chances to catch up ear infection too. This may be due to impacted wax. Doing some home remedy may aggravate your pain or may cause damage to ear drum. Ideally you should see your doctor or preferably ENT specialist for direct examination, diagnosis and removal of wax manually or by vacuum extractor.

R-78 Drops ( Dr reckeweg) Drink 10 drops 3 times daily in 20 ml fresh water
CINERIA MARITINA EYE DROPS( Dr Reckeweg) without alcohol.Pour 2-3 drops in both eyes 3 times daily.
Dont splash water on eyes.

If you are sure it is wax and no infection you can put wax dissolving drops and get it clean ed from some ent spl.

The ear drops either remain in the ear canal or the excess comes out on its own as soon as you sit up. To make sure the drop are acting effectively, ly down side ways and ask someone to put the drops in. Upur ear. And keep lying down for 5 mins so that the drops can act on the ear.

Please don't clean yourself. If you are not able to hear clearly, you should do audiometry test from a qualified audiologist. Please show it to ent first and then do audiometry test.

Firstly you should stop otorex instead use either waxolve\waxilve\waxclear ear drops 2 drops every 3 hours for 4 days then go to an ent doctor so that he may remove your earwax from both ears. Under no circumstances are you to even try to remove the ear wax yourself.
