Frequent episodes of urinary tract infections are common conditions, especially among females. Conventionally, courses of antibiotics are administered. Though antibiotics take care of the acute infection, antibiotics never prevent the recurrence. Homeopathic comes to rescue which helps control and prevent recurrences of urinary tract infections.

During pregnancy many medications are not safe but paracetamol 1 gm as and when needed with antisickness tablets like prochloperazine can be helpful. Ensure plenty of fluids. Very severe cases can be treated with greater occipital nerve block injection during pregnancy. Very rarely, sumatriptan can be used to treat migraine in pregnancy.

You will have to consult a doctor for proper examination.. as there are details required before I can diagnose..like where is the pain exactly... how does it starts, what is the things that aggravates it... etc..

I will suggest you to take him to a homoeopath as it is the most safe and effective medicine if taken properly and gives permanent results...

Many respiratory infections start out as a dry cough, and then become a wet cough or productive cough as the lungs start to produce more sputum. Some types of chronic cough or severe cough may remain a dry cough, or become a persistent dry cough.
If it persists for a longer time, it may cause some severe throat and lung problems. Your child may need a medical consultation.
