Hi. You must take diet which is full of vitamin D and Zinc specially. If you are non vegetarian then include tuna fish, salmon ,beef, crab in food and if vegetarian then include all kind of beans like kidney beans, black and white beans, pumpkin seed in food. Also can add oyesters ,skimmed milk.

Normal blood testosterone is 3-10 ng/ml. If your testosterone is low follow the advice given below
1. Go for regular exercise like brisk walking for 30 minutes daily,
2. Reduce weight if you are over weight
3. Take adequate rest and have 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night
4. Avoid stress
