Ciplar n ciplar la are same medicines. But in your case your pharmacist has given you ciplar la 20, when you needed 40. Also ciplar la 40 is much costlier than ciplar 40.

"As" per your clinical history is concerned you can be given 10-40 mg tablet and your doctor will check your BP and tell you which will be better and in my opinion start with 10 mg twice a day and gradually increase if needed. Do an ECHO test and check your Aortic valve status.

Most drugs are used for many indications. From the drugs don't think about diagnosis. Septamin forte is usually given in Vitamin B12 deficiency.
