Menses can come early after childbith. That means she might be ovulating and she can get pregnant. So you should use some form of contraception to avoid pregnancy for at least 2 years. Copper t or tab cerazette are the two option other than condoms.

Both are combined hormonal contraceptives pills but the progesterone component of both are different..
Ovilow has levonorgestrel as progesterone component whereas Ovuloc has desogestrel as progesterone component..

It is possible to get pregnant even when you are breastfeeding. So it is better to use contraception as soon as possible. Best contraceptive for breastfeeding mothers is copper t. If you do not want to go for that then second best option is minipill like cerazette, which will not affect your breastfeeding. After 6 weeks you can resume sex after cesarean section.

No she cannot take unwanted or any other oral contraceptives as these have hormones which are passed on to the baby via milk of mother. She can get intrauterine device fitted after she gets checked by her doctor for any infection in uterus or around it.

Progesterone only pills are an answer as they regularise the periods, do not disturb lactation and are excellent contracptin tab cerazette I daily for 21 days cyclically to be taken from day 5 of period if no period start a nd then follow the scedule.

While breastfeeding, ovulation does not occur thats why no menses, but that is not the rule. Even without menstruation, ovulation can occur. Best contraceptive for the breast-feeding women is copper-t. While choosing a method of contraception, it is important that it not interfere with lactation or have negative effects on the infant.
