I am breastfeeding my 3 1/2 month baby my doctor gave me ovral l tablet for thickened endometrium saying this pill is safe during breastfeeding is it safe during breastfeeding?

It's safe for the baby but may affect the breastmilk. Better to take cerazette or primolut n instead.

Hello sir/madam, I am 22 years old and got married in February. In June I have missed a period I thought I have conceived but pregnancy test is negative. I met Gynecologist, after some testes I have got PCOD problem and TSH 6.95 level. Our doctor suggested myo-inositol tablets, Medroxyprogesterone tablets and tyrosine 25 for 30 days. After a month, she prescribed ovuloc-ld (Ethinyl Estradiol (0.02 mg) Desogestrel (0.15 mg)) for 21 days, after this treatment she scanned my ovary and said "egg does not form" and suggested Dydrogesterone (10 mg). What can I do for egg formation and suggest me a diet. Thank you.

If you have pcod, you should have less carbohydrates but high protein diet. Also once you get your periods, your doctor may prescribe ovulation inducing drugs like clomiphene or letrozole.

Last two months I was not getting periods but in october month dark brown spotting occurred. In november 8th i got periods but I have ovarian cyst. November 9th went to the hospital. The doctor said you have to do hcg test but I am not do that. That day she gave a medicine that is (desogestrel and ethinylestradiol) it is for ovarian cyst. But after one week means yesterday I was checked my pregnancy test. In that one c line is dark&t line is very lite pink colour. And also I have check today but the result is -ve is came. Now I have doubt I am pregnant or not please reply me. But I still using that medicine.

My wife is 28 years old and I am 35 years old. We are married for over 2 years and trying for a baby for over a year. She is not able to conceive yet. Her Prolactin levels were high and after medication (Gaberlin) now its normal. But still she is under medication for Thyroid (Thyroxin 25mg. During this time her periods were irregular. She weighs 59 kgs and her height is 4' 9" My sperm count is 65million/ml with little sluggish movement. The doctor we are visiting says I am potent enough. Almost a year ago my wife was diagnosed with her follicle count to be 23million. After 3 months of medication (Lymecyline 408mg and Desogestrel and Ethinyl Estradiol) her follicle count became normal. Also she feels burning sensation sometimes after intercourse for which she and me both were prescribed Itraconazole 100mg. And she was applying Clindamycin and Clotrimazole vaginal suppositories. Please suggest on above issues and measures for possible pregnancy.

the infection and the fertility are two different things. The infection can b tackled with sum medication.
As far as the fertility is concerned. I wud like to see all yur reports.
Hv you done a sonography.
There is no such thing as 23 million follicle count. You hv been misguided probably.

Respected doctor! I am 26 years old. I feel lots of pain at time of periods since starting but since last few months I felt unbearable pain even after taking painkiller. In ultrasound report which I diagnosis on this month i.e. 5th May 2018 there is an evidence of well defined hemorrhagic cyst in left ovary, measuring 3.2x3.2 cm. But yesterday when the periods come, I felt pain again as unconscious condition. It was unbearable. It is like dying situation. I felt it is good to die. I cannot bear it. I was consult to doctor at the time of sonography. She suggest me to take FAMYCEPT (desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets USP) after three days to periods for 21 dyas. Is it good to take to remove hemorrhagic cyst? In addition to, I engaged last year in June. Due to the final year of post graduation, my marriage is delayed. So my fiance convince me for sex and we have sex in August last year. After that 3 times also, in October, January and March this year. I never had sex before this, it was very painful for me every time. Is there any role of having sex for causing this problem of HEMORRHAGIC CYST? I am very afraid. What should I do? Thanks.

There is no harm in taking hormonal pills for 21 days and sexual activity has not lead to these cysts

No dear there is no role of hemorrhagic cyst with sex .You can have that above medication it is good.

I'm 26 years old and virgin girl. I had been laparoscopic surgery on 2018 september (endometriosis 3rd stage 9 cm chocolate cyst remove during surgery and retrograde mensuration also). Still i'm in birth control pills 21 tablet back to back for 42 days. My problem is heavy bleeding on mensuration days. So I took again pill on 3rd day of period. But period didn't stop so I took 2 pill per day and tranexamic acid 2 per day. My weight is 41 kg, height was normal. Now 6th day of period still I had pad. Desogestrel (0.15 mg, ethinylestradiol (0.02 mg) pills contain. Last one month I had too many household chores and I cried soo many times last one month cause family issues. One thing last two period was normal. I'm really worried about my health. I'm endometriosis patients from age of 12. Last october ultrasound scan was normal. What was the real problem for me? Thanks for reading i'm waiting for your support.

With endometriosis you will have heavy periods &pain basically you have to get treatment for endometriosis regularly you do exercise.

I'm using same birth control pills for last 2 years for heavy mensuration and retrograde mensuration and also endometriosis pain. Pills contain desogestrel (0.15 mg, ethinylestradiol (0.02 mg). I'm in 42 days back to back pill treatment. I'm seeing in all website withdraw bleeding was lighters compare to normal mensuration. But I have heavy period during withdraw pill. I need why was happening to me? September 2018 I had been laparoscopic surgery for chocolate cyst 9 cm endometriosis 3rd stage. After surgery my period not stopped it's own still now without pill. So I taking pill continuously same time every day. But still my problem doesn't cure. Still I have heavy period on withdraw bleeding. Now my problem is increased compared to last 2 years. I'm really need normal mensuration with birth control pills. Now am taking 3 pills per day with trapic mf 3 per day. But still spotting on if I sit down or walking or urine. Please I need relief from heavy period. This problem was started from my age of 12. I'm 26 years old and virgin girl.

Has a scan been done in the last one year? I feel that should be the first step. The problem may have recurred. Best would be to consult the doctor who operated the cyst. if that is not feasible due to some reason then consult a doctor locally.

The pain in periods is dysmenorrhea and it is very common in females and pain killers like Meftal Spas will help. If the cyst is removable as your gynecologist feels it need to be removed . Or else a mall cyst can be left undisturbed
